We currently ship to:

• European Union
• International (some destinations may be excluded—please contact us if you have any questions)

Processing Details

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

 

Estimated Delivery:

Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days

European Union: 4 to 8 business days

International: 5 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s terms.

Mainland France: 4.90 euros (free for orders over 190 euros)

European Union: €8.90

International: Starting at €12.90

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to non-claim or an incorrect address, we can reship it, at the customer’s expense.
